Krrish is a 2006 Indian superhero film directed and produced by Rakesh Roshan. It plays Hrithik Roshan and Priyanka Chopra, while supporting roles include Naseeruddin Shah, Requha, Manini Mishra, Archana Puran Singh and Sharat Saxena. It is the second installment in the Krishna franchise, which is a sequel to Who… Mill Gaya, and tells the story of Krishna, the son of the main character in the previous film, who inherits his father’s superhuman abilities.

After falling in love with Priya, he follows her to Singapore, where he disguises himself as Krish to keep his identity a secret while saving children from a burning circus. Since then he is considered a superhero and then must face the evil plans of Dr. Thwart Arya, who has a relationship with Krishna’s father Rohit, the protagonist of the previous film.

Krish was conceived as a world-class film and a trendsetter in Indian cinema, with visual effects on par with Hollywood. The effects team was supported by Hollywood’s Mark Kolbe and Craig Muma and the action was choreographed by Chinese martial arts expert Tony Ching.

The music was composed by Rajesh Roshan and the background music by Salim-Sulaiman. Most of the shooting took place in Singapore and India.

The film was released worldwide on 23 June 2006 on a budget of 40 crores[1] and 1,000 copies, both close to record numbers for an Indian film at the time. Krish received mixed reviews from critics in India but received box office records for the week. As a blockbuster, Krish won a total of 126 ะตะพ worldwide, making it the third most profitable Indian film of 2006.

Krish received 8 nominations for the 52nd Filmfare Awards including Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor for Roshan, and Best Supporting Actress for Rekha, and won 3 including Best Special Effects. At the 2007 IIFA Awards, the film received 9 nominations and won 3, including Best Actor for Roshan.

The film also won the National Film Award for Best Special Effects. The third film in the series, Krrish 3, was released in 2013.

Five-year-old Krishna Mehra is the son of the late scientist Dr. Rohit (Hrithik Roshan) and his late wife Nisha (Preiti Zinta). He lives in the city of Kasauli. He passes an IQ test by the director of his Catholic school (Akash Hurana), who suspects that Krishna has superpowers because Krishna answered all the questions correctly.

His grandmother Sonia (Rekha) takes young Krishna to a remote mountain village to hide his unique abilities. Years later, while on vacation, Krishna (Hrithik Roshan) meets friends Priya Kalyanan (Priyanka Chopra) and Honey Arora (Manini Mishra), both living in Singapore.

Krishna’s friend Bahadur (Hemant Pandey) brings a girls’ camping crew, led by Komal Singh (Punetti Isar), to his camp. Krishna saves Priya from a hang glider crash and falls in love with her while spending time with her.

After returning to Singapore, Priya and Honey are fired by their boss Nayantara (Archana Puran Singh) because they illegally extended their vacation by 5 days. To keep her job, Honey offers her boss to make a TV show about Krishna. Priya confesses Krishna’s love for her and invites him to come to Singapore with her to ask her mother (Kiran Junja) for permission to marry her. Sonia disagrees, saying that people want to use her skills.

Then he explained the events of the previous film. He also told him that Rohit was summoned to Singapore and told by a scientist, Dr. Rohit later discovers that the computer’s purpose is not good, so he destroys it and is later killed by Siddhant.

Krishna’s mother, Nisha, also died of trauma shortly after Krishna’s birth. Krishna promised Sonia that he would never reveal his powers, so he let him go. In Singapore, Krishna kept his word during the production of the program and did not reveal anything exclusive about himself; Med and Priya are fired again.

Krishna meets circus artist Christian Lee (Bin Xia) who is trying to raise money for his sister’s (Yu Xuan) leg surgery. He invites Krishna and Priya to his circus, where a fire breaks out during the performance. Some children are still trapped in the fire. In order to save the children without revealing his abilities, Krishna put on a broken black mask that lay there and put on his jacket inside and out, creating the human Krishna.

Later, when Christian sees Krishna fighting some criminals and taking off his mask, he discovers that Krishna’s friend is Krishna. While Krishna is offered a reward for his actions, Krishna asks Christian to take over his identity so he can pay for his sister’s surgery.

Priya and Honey, meanwhile, also discover that Krishna is the real Krishna after viewing Priya’s footage from their television camera. They decided to put the footage on television to make Krishna a star. Krishna comes and hears them talking about how Priya lied to him and how they will reveal his identity. Just before Priya confesses to Honey that she truly loves Krishna, she leaves, disappointed.

After meeting Krishna in their apartment, they talk about what he said, Priya realizes her mistake and prevents her boss from revealing Krishna’s identity. Then he met Dr. Vikram Sinha (Sharat Saxena), who has been searching for Krishna for years. He tells them that Rohit is alive;

After he finishes the computer, he and Rohit test it and start it with a retina scan and Rohit’s heartbeat. They see Siddhant holding Rohit with gun. Rohit realizes that Siddhant will kill him and then uses the computer for his own selfish purposes. He destroys it and is then captured by Siddhant until he launches a new future computer.

Siddhant has now restored computers after 20 years. She starts to see her future and sees Krish watching her. Siddhant then kills Christian thinking he is Krish. Krishna then follows Siddhant to a secluded hidden island hideout. When Siddhant looks into the future again, he sees the same thing and is shocked to see Krish still alive on his island.

When Krishna entered the compound, a fierce battle ensued with the bandits Siddhant. Krishna eventually kills them with his superpowers, but Siddhant kills Vikram and keeps Rohit and Priya away. In the end Krishna saves Priya and Rohit and injures Siddhant.

Before Siddhant dies, Krishna reveals himself to him and Rohit as the real Krishna by removing his mask. After Siddhant dies, Krishna and Priya rescue Rohit and bring him back to India to reunite with Sonia. Rohit then uses his late father’s special computer to connect with his alien friend Jado, whose spaceship is then spotted from afar. Rohit, Krishna, Priya and Sonia thank Jado and Krishna and Priya get married.
